This data is processed solely on behalf of the client under a written services agreement.
• Communications: When you contact us via email, web forms, or other channels, we retain records of those communications to respond to inquiries and improve our services.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain our eDiscovery services
• Process and fulfill service requests under client agreements

Client Data and Confidentiality

Data processed on behalf of our clients in the course of providing eDiscovery services (“Client Data”) is treated as strictly confidential. StreemView acts as a data processor with respect to Client Data and processes such data only as directed by the client and in accordance with our written services agreement.

We do not sell, rent, or share Client Data with third parties except as required to deliver the contracted services, as directed by the client, or as required by law.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We engage trusted third-party vendors (such as cloud infrastructure providers and security monitoring services) who assist us in operating our platform. These vendors are contractually bound to use data only as necessary to provide services to us.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of StreemView, our clients, or others.

Data Retention

Client Data is retained in accordance with the terms of the applicable services agreement. Upon termination of services, Client Data is returned to the client or securely destroyed per the agreed data disposition procedure.
