Client Data and Confidentiality

Data processed on behalf of our clients in the course of providing eDiscovery services (“Client Data”) is treated as strictly confidential. StreemView acts as a data processor with respect to Client Data and processes such data only as directed by the client and in accordance with our written services agreement.

We do not sell, rent, or share Client Data with third parties except as required to deliver the contracted services, as directed by the client, or as required by law.

Data Retention
